Welcome to Counsellor Care Retreats
Being a therapist can be lonely, emotionally demanding and affect our overall well-being. We provide this service so that therapists can connect with each other on a personal, deeper level, de-clutter the mind and feel restored. Many of us are feeling isolated in the ever increasing world of online therapy and online CPD, meaning in-person interaction is at an all-time low in our profession. We believe in self-care but also in the magic of caring for ourselves in a group setting by experiencing workshops together.

What’s Included
Accommodation
2 Nights accommodation at the stunning Castle Green Hotel inclusive of a buffet style breakfast on both mornings.
Evening Meal
Join us on Friday and Saturday evenings for a three-course meal, where we will continue our connections and come together as a group. Your meals will be pre-ordered and the hotel menu has options suitable for all eating requirements.
Spa and Leisure Facilities
Each person receives 30 minutes per day in the swimming pool, this can be booked on arrival or in advance by calling 01539 797016. Your stay also includes free access to the gym and sauna at any time during your stay as well as The Green Room Spa for additional treatments. Workshops
Over the course of the weekend you will have access to all workshops on the itinerary. All workshops are optional, meaning that you take only what you want from the retreat.

Walking
Castle Green Hotel in Kendal is perched on the edge of the Lake District, set in 14 acres of garden and woodland overlooking Kendal Castle and Lakeland Fells. The location is perfect for exploring local beauty spots and the grounds themselves have plenty to offer.
Our Kendal retreat itinerary
Every single workshop or activity is optional. Our retreats are about you having full autonomy over how you spend your time. Only you know what your mind, body and soul needs, we provide a space to connect with yourself on a deeper level to deepen this awareness of self. Our workshops facilitate exploration, relaxation and rejuvenation, letting go of what doesn’t serve us and acknowledging our own personal struggles. After all, we are not robots!
